There are no penguins in Quebec.  Lots of frogs (hehe), but no penguins.  There are no penguins naturally inhabiting areas north of the equator, for that matter. 
 
You are addressing important issues.  Make sure you do the proper research and editorial review in order to be taken seriously. </description>
