I think the President can make a major impact on environmental policy both through the EPA and by making renewable energy a spending priority. Congress needs to do more too, but we need transparency in the air between Capital Hill and the White House before anything will get done well. I want to find any evidence anywhere on the web of what these people will do when they get in office. That is why I'm really excited about this transparency scavenger hunt.
