		<description>The only problem with protecting the oceans in this way is that a great deal of the damage is being caused by terrestrial industries.  Farming can be especially bad if the fertilizers are allowed to run into local waterways and out into the seas.  The large amounts of nitrates and other nutrients causes algae blooms which suck up all the oxygen for hundreds of kilometers, killing everything. 
 
If he really wanted to protect the oceans, he&#039;d enact stricter environmental regulations on industry.  You won&#039;t see that from a neo-con though, moron or not. </description>
