No, it isn&#039;t just you. The EPA under Bush has seemed anything like an agency interested in protecting the environment.  
 
I had the opportunity to speak with a career EPA administrator in Atlanta on Monday when I was there for a press conference. I am generally reassured that things will be changing at the EPA under a new administration - hopefully, of course, Obama. </description>

		<description>If I&#039;m understanding this correctly, this means that there are unpaid penalties. This problem is very fixable: the next president (hopefully/probably Obama)needs to order the EPA to tell those who haven&#039;t paid the penalties to pay up.
