According to the father of a local FBI agent, a major disaster is being planned to destroy the entire central valley.

Head of the fake work crew behind the secret altering of city water systems over the past 50 yrs says this is the continuation of Bonadelle's "secret water operation" which will allow development at Friant. From what I have witnessed, the head of the fake work crew has "piggybacked" his own operation into the bigger picture – HE is the danger. Is this linked to Temperance Flat Dam?
