Monsanto, I Presume? Mean Joe Green #44: Caption Contest 2 Winner

We have a winner!

A few notes before I announce. Thanks to all who submitted a caption. I liked them all (read: most of them) a great deal. I learned that Palin whispering to a moose garners a more enthusiastic response than does a bee and a flower (eyeball or no eyeball). I’ll remember that when it comes time to do this again.

As for the winner, being an environmental/political blog I had to choose one with a political theme. That automatically ruled out a few good ones–and kept in play captions hinting at GMO’s and/or surveilance and/or what is being done to combat CCD (Colony Collapse Disorder). That said, the winner is: Laurel J. of Boulder Colorado!

Thanks Laurel. And thanks everyone who submitted.
