Just to correct the record: George W. Bush gave up golf in 2003, less than two years into his term. He clearly wasn’t an enthusiast – his passion was mountain biking, which he continued to do.
In other words: Nice way to “lie with statistics”.

That Obama left the golf course to conduct the nation’s business is not out of the ordinary. Since William Howard Taft started chipping golf balls in the front yard of the White House in 1909, golf has had a hold on every one of the 18 Commanders-in-Chief but three. Woodrow Wilson played in the snow with golf balls painted red so the Secret Service could find them. Dwight Eisenhower played more than 800 rounds while in office and had a putting green built on the South Lawn. John F. Kennedy was considered the best player with the most graceful swing. Richard Nixon was known to kick his ball out of the rough. Ronald Reagan putted on Air Force One . Bill Clinton had a reputation of being very liberal with his scorecards. Both of the Bushes played rapidly, as if their presidential limousine was double-parked.

LOL….Obama has made more stupid statements in 3 years than President Bush, VP Quayle, Gore and Kerry have in their lifetimes….He is an empty suit who still refuses to post his grades….90 games of golf in less than 3 years. Bush played 24 times in 8 years….Obama hustled America once….see if he does it again
