		<description>Of course the banks are somewhat guilty, in respect to the worldwide economic crisis. 
They gave too much money away in loans, to people and companies whom they better didn&#039;t give a single cent. 
 
But the banks are not the ONLY guilty ones. 
Its also, or even primarily, the politicians and lawmakers, the very people who are responsible for all these secular, humanistic laws. 
Laws, that do not REQUIRE people to pay back their debts. 
Laws, that basically tell people &quot;you cannot pay your debt? Uh, well, its okay ... forget about it&quot; 
Laws, that do not make people to WISH to pay their rates. 
 
Its an odd discussion in the media. 
The causing roots of the mess are seldom mentioned. </description>
