  • Published on February 7th, 2009

Fox News blow hard Glenn Beck likens the youth climate movement of today to the Hitler Youth of, well, Nazi Germany. And who is responsible for this brainwashing and indoctrination? Al Gore, of course. Watch it:

  • I really find it fascinating when leftists (closet totalitarians) scream "Bushitler" all they can come up with is Valerie Plame (which turned out to be a Clinton Administration official that "outed" her), and "phone tapping" which turned out to only be for international calls especially when it involves known terrorist connections.

But when Al Gore has been using Hitlerian tactics, even with his film and book and now with our children…

  • Doug

Al Gore is not Hitler, but he is the PT Barnum of our generation. ” A sucker is born every minute.” How does anyone take him serious when the mans fortune is from strip mining? He has not spent $1 repairing the damage his family did to TN and that was a big part to why he lost his home state. Now Glenn Beck is a tie wearing windbag, but he is at least open in his act. Gore wants everyone to love him but he is just a hypocrite!

    Here’s some interesting information.

    House #1

A 20-room mansion (not including 8 bathrooms) heated by natural gas. Add on a pool (and a pool house) and a separate guest house, all heated by gas. In one month this residence consumes more energy than the average American household does in a year. The average bill for electricity and natural gas runs over $2400. In natural gas alone, this property consumes more than 20 times the national average for an American home. This house is not situated in a Northern or Midwestern “snow belt” area. It’s in the South.

    House #2
Designed by an architecture professor at a leading national university. This house incorporates every “green” feature current home construction can provide. The house is 4,000 square feet (4 bedrooms ) and is nestled on a high prairie in the American southwest. A central closet in the house holds geothermal heat-pumps drawing ground water through pipes sunk 300 feet into the ground.
The water (usually 67 degrees F.) heats the house in the winter and cools it in the summer. The system uses no fossil fuels such as oil or natural gas and it consumes one-quarter electricity required for a conventional heating/cooling system. Rainwater from the roof is collected and funneled into a 25,000 gallon underground cistern. Wastewater from showers, sinks and toilets goes into underground purifying tanks and then into the cistern. The collected water then irrigates the land surrounding the house. Surrounding flowers and shrubs native to the area enable the property to blend into the surrounding rural landscape.

HOUSE #1 is outside of Nashville, Tennessee; it is the abode of the “environmentalist” Al Gore.
HOUSE #2 is a ranch near Crawford, Texas; it is the residence of the President of the United States, George W. Bush.

    An “inconvenient truth.”

Timothy, I would love to hear your opinion of this story, Thanks for your time.

  • Impressive effort to make so many utterly unrelated points sound related by vocal inflection. But.. fail.

  • Karen

I did often hear Bush compared with Hitler though. Stephanie Miller, Ed Shultz

    Air America hosts.

I'm curious, what is your stand on animals. Hasn't the U.N. climate change whatever it is group just come out and said, even if we took away all the cars and buses and planes we would have very little effect on the climate. I think it was less than one degree. I think the science that is being "sold" to us is faulty. And what they are going to do is waste a whole heck of alot of money.

And Rick, what do you mean superimposes images of Hitler. That came in the end and was not "superimposed" as you write. He did not compare him to nazis, he compared him to Hitler. The "liberals" push their agenda at our kids all the time at schools, and then in college.(I used quotes on purpose, they are most certainly not liberal) And what comparison was wrong, on what grounds?

I do fear people like Al Gore. He will not debate any one who disagrees with him and even likens them to holocaust deniers.

well Al, if that's what you really think,,,,have the debate. He"s been offered alot of money for the charity of his choice, and still he's silent. Kind of like progressive talk radio. Have you ever listened? The reason it doesn't work, is that facts don't seem to matter to them. They only have anger at Bush. Very boring, which explains why the "liberals" now want the fairness doctrine.

And Timothy, I listen to talk radio quite often, I never heard any one compare Obama with Hitler. Can you give me some names?

  • Chris-

I'm sorry, I don't. And I don't buy your argument, logic, rational, evidence. What I CAN agree with you about is that people shouldn't be waiting around for the government to solve all of their problems. But lest you forget, this blog IS about environmental politics and that is what we do. Despite what you may believe, environmental politics isn't all about global warming, Al Gore, and Hollywood activists.

We run lots of ads here at Green Options, in fact most of them are selected for us by Google. On occasion we have reason to remove some of the ads, but other times, we might even run some that are completely antithetical to a lot of our beliefs (i.e so-called "Clean Coal"). What I suggest you do all across the internet is click on those ads you think they are bogus on occasion. Doing so cuts into the advertisers revenue.

    And I wasn't in a frat.

Unbelievable, really. I know what Glenn Beck is about and it's unfortunate that pulling this type of sh*t is the only thing he can think of to stay (ir)relevant.

And as you well know, the Hitler comparisons were something we heard tossed around by right-wing tele-pundits and others during the presidential campaign because of Obama's oratory skills and the enthusiasm he instilled in his supporters.

I'm pretty sure the Hitler comparisons aren't working, folks.

  • Wow, Tim , what an extraordinary video. i was especially horrified by the way that he superimposes video of Hitler over the interview he did. It is incredibly frightening the lengths these desperate folks like Beck, O'Reilley, hannity and Rush will go. And the funny thing is that Beck revealed his own ignorance of history with the comparison. i don't like to go around comparing people with NAZI's, but in trying to get people to swallow a big lie, he comes a lot closer than the former VP.

  • Chris

Your blog even advertises for one of these green movement consulting services.

I used the benefits page to show you what you get for imposing these brand new wonderful solutions to the fictional problem.

    • No sales quotas and NO pressure to recruit new Eco-Consultants

I'm telling you real business aren't run this way.

    • Earn income from consulting fees and product sales

Product sales…whos products…who paid this company for these green products.

    • 80% commission on consulting services

So you will be doing nearly all these peoples work but give them 20%

    • 20% (with few exceptions) commission on personal product sales

So if you schill better for our company you get paid more….

Thats your green movement with your green eco-consulting ads you run.

The volunteer and service groups the government will finance with the NEW green jobs your imagining are either through sub contracted companies like this one.

Its all about money and they are using you good people to enact an agenda that sounds great but has their own pockets to line before yours.

  • Chris

And the mainstream media has these talking head personalities like, keith oberman, bill oreilly and rachel maddow and hannity and glenn beck.

To give the lies they tell and the government wants you to believe credibility. But they give you two sided multi-faceted bs stories and make you decide which one is true when neither are true. They just reinforce the other.

Its why the Bailout is a crime and a joke right now.

They lied about the first bailout and in comes the second with plenty of green environment regulations tacked on to it. DO YOU THINK THAT IS A COINCIDENCE OR A VEHICLE TO GET IT ENACTED.

Its why the mainstream media parroted the WMD in iraq.

Its why they already had the patriot act written before 911, 911 was its vehicle to be enacted.

The world is much more than the wine and cheese parties you enjoyed at your frat.

  • Chris

    What don't you follow.

For past month its been 10 to 30 degrees in icey Chicago.

Today however there were long lines of chemical chemtrails and it was in the upper 50s, google it and please put 1 piece of the puzzle together with the other your smart enough on that.

You can make your own company. Its opening a corporation, hiring your friends and understanding basic construction skills and whatnot. have a small company that sub-contracts with other smaller consulting firms to do remodel and repairs of existing buildings and landscaping.

Stop waiting for answers from other the government and other people and take responsibility for you and your families/ friends its going to get really tough in the next few years and people will not want to be dictated too by environmental corps of know it all college grad students about how we need to save the planet when your worried about food.

The green movement is a set up marketing scheme to bring out new energy controlled products and regulations. That is why you have celebrities hired by corporations and foundations run by elites who profit off the green movement.

  • Read the website and find proof of what? You're telling me the Department of Energy is controlling the weather? I don't follow.

But even if I did follow, you're suggesting people get jobs in construction management? Construction of what and for whom? Where are all these construction jobs opening up. I'm sure some of my readers would be more than a little interested.

  • Chris

Global warming is hoax. Weather Modification technology has been around since 1960s under the Atmosphereic Science Program.

Theres your link. Read the website and think if they have this technology and are actively controlling weather, then the green movement is a fraud.

There is your proof. Enjoy. Get a real job like construction management, so you can build homes for the rest of you unemployed green employees.

BTW volcano have a lot to do with weather effects and CO2 also.

Two sides of the same coin.

Both Gore and Glenn Beck are caught up in their own worlds so much they don't see the big picture.

Al Gore cares about the environment and sees a need for change. He feels desparate and is cutting a few corners.

He knows The NAACP and Supreme Court Judge Thurgood Marshall were the real architects of civil rights.(I know I'M SIMPLIfYING TOO, but I only have these few words.)

And the position of ALL old people was not that discrimination was right and that ALL young people thought that discrimination was wrong.

Just like now, it's not true that all old people voted for McCain and all young people voted for Obama.

Gore and Glenn Beck are two sides of the same coin.

Gore is oversymplifying because he doesn't think those children are smart enough to be told the more complicated truth and he simplifies it. I think too much and it is insulting and dangerous.

Glenn Beck is oversymplifying because he doesn't think his audience are smart enough to be told the more complicated truth and he simplifies it too. I think too much and it is insulting and dangerous.

Two sides of the same coin.

  • Between his rambling with no real point, what kept coming to mind was: This guy has kids? Good Lord, someone mates with him?! Just what we need…more angry pastey white guys. O'Reilly, anyone?

The line he draws from Hitler to Gore goes like this: Gore talked to kids and so did Hitler. No other correlation, but Gore must be a Nazi.

Fox News always reminds me of why I don't have TV.
