Why just businesses,our automobiles produce a large amount of greenhouse, CO2 gas so why not go all out and register each and every car in America. I'm sure China will follow suit being there the third largest economy and they burn 300 times the coal America does for there use, but we don't breath Chinese air now do we ? Remember the alamo !
