		<description>It is the same in the UK the money being pumped in will have to be paid for down the road. If the assumption is that we will be back to business as usual then it will possibly fail.  The boom time we have just come though is based on the idea of continuous consumption and tomorrows growth will pay for today&#039;s spending.  
 
May be we need to find a new model. What if the money was used to make us use less energy, import less food and generally make the world a better place. The savings made could pay the money back.  
 
May be the 1st world has had its day and as with every great civilisation of the passed we are on our journey down.     
 
Question that only time will tell and it may take more that 4 years to get an answer.. </description>
