How is there such a staggering consensus that Iran is lying about its intentions to develop nuclear power for its citizens? Iran hasn't attacked another country in hundreds of years. The media misquotes Ahmadinajad as saying he wants to 'wipe Israel off the map'- really he's saying the current political administration in control of Israel will be 'wiped from the pages of history'. But either way he has no say over whether or not Iran bombs anyone!
