In his weekly address, President Obama thanked Congress for passing his Economic Recovery and Reinvestment Act that would, among other things, make important infrastructural investments in renewable energy, broadband, and a smart grid. After signing the bill into law, Mr. Obama also said he would launch a new website, recovery.gov, that allows people to see where and how their $789 billion is being spent.
